- Carpooling - offered to pick up our friends twice this weekend.
- Garden - going to start some of my seeds and begin planning for others. I still have a few cold weather and companion plant seeds to purchase.
- Reusing/Recycling - cleaned out half of the old/expired bottles from the fridge door. Recycled the plastic ones (yes, Rumpke accepts them!) and kept the glass ones for bulk bin purchases.
- CSA - downloaded the application, will print at work and fill out.
- Haircut - asked my mom to cut my hair. She is pretty good at cutting my hair with a little style in it.

Great post! Sadly my family is not always as eco-friendly as we should be. My daughter learned about recycling in school and we now have a bin for all of our cardboard, plastic, and glass.
Stopping by and following on the hop!

Love the tips! I once let my husband cut my hair, (I cut his all the time)and needless to say, it will never happen again. It was so awful! Live and learn right?
Today I drove by a community garden and it was full of lovely greens. I've got to investigate because so far, I haven't had any success with winter planting. What will you be planting?
Sounds like a fun week-end! Not sure I will ever let my mom cut my hair, though! :)
You are going to love a CSA! So much fun to get a different box of fruits and veggies each week. I would NEVER let my mom cut my hair (sorry mom).
We cleared a spot in the yard last fall for a veggie garden this year. IT's too early for me to start doing anything with it but I'm excited to give it a whirl this year. I car-pool as much as I can! I love that my sisters live so close so usually we can carpool to family events. Oh..and when getting an oil change, I'll usually either run home after dropping the car off or run to the place to pick it up.
Ladies - you are so funny about not letting your mom cut your hair! The only reason I trust my mom is because she has been cutting my dad's hair for years with shears and a comb. Plus, my hairdresser moved out of state and I don't want to find another.
Great to see that some of you have a home garden and participate in CSAs. It is so rewarding to grow your own food.
