I learned that Natural Calm is an anti-stress aid and it is definitely something that I need to include in my diet. It also helps with sleep-something that I need a lot more of.

Regarding GMOs in my home: I have done a lot of research on the subject of how to reduce my exposure to GMOs.
I shop with the NonGMOShoppingGuide app and I am aware of the high and moderate risk GMO foods as well as ingredients that are likely to contain GMOs. I also wrote a recent post for my blog, urbannaturale.com on this topic.
