I love that the pillow is about a medium fill and works quite well for my toddler son. My son does not use a pillow in the crib yet, but he likes cuddling on it on the couch or in the car. I would prefer the filling not to be polyester because we try to limit the use of synthetic materials, but I do like that the cover is made from 100% organic cotton.
