Kid-Free Getaway at a Luxurious B&B and the Masters

At the end of 2014, my husband and I took our first kid-free vacation! Afterward, we decided 2 kid-free vacations per year, minimum! When my husband said he was offered to purchase tickets to the Masters practice round on Wednesday, April 8 and that it was on his bucket list, I said, "We are going! Kid-Free!" With amazing help from my parents, we left our 2 year old toddler with them for two nights, and headed to a luxurious B&B in Georgia - Twelve Oaks Bed & Breakfast. Here are some photos from our getaway.

The Twelve Oaks Bed & Breakfast - luxurious accommodations, wine and cheese happy hour, and locally sourced breakfast (when possible). This is the mansion from the Sweet Home Alabama movie. We absolutely loved this B&B and would highly recommend it. We will be staying here again in the future.

The Masters Practice Round - the weather was beautiful, sunny, a few clouds, and hot. We did get a little hot after a few hours, but made sure to stay hydrated. We walked the course and watched golf for about 5 hours. My husband was beyond ecstatic to see some of his favorite golf players and walk the grounds of the beautiful Augusta Golf Course.
