A Vegetarian Thanksgiving 2013

I have upheld my tradition of a vegetarian Thanksgiving meal! You can read about my first vegetarian Thanksgiving and the vegetarian Thanksgiving recipes I made last year. This year's vegetarian Thanksgiving recipes included an Easy Cranberry Sauce, a smooth and fluffy Carrot Souffle (inspired by The Fresh Market), and Pumpkin Spice Scones (recipe to come).
