Carefree Acti-Fresh Liners [Review]

Recently, I received a box of Carefree Acti-Fresh liners. Though I mostly use reusable menstrual products like menstrual cups and cloth pads, there are some days where I prefer something disposable. I use disposable menstrual products when we are traveling or when I will be away from home for the whole day. Carefree Acti-Fresh liners are a great solution for lighter period days thanks to a super thin core that is 2x more absorbent.

Carefree Acti-Fresh liners also provide 8-hour odor color. I prefer disposable menstrual products without any scents, so this is one downside for me. The ingredients and chemicals used to provide the odor control are not ones that I want near my private parts. Even though odor protection is in place for 8 hours, most women would not wear the same liner for 8 hours. Either way, for those who prefer odor protection, Carefree Acti-Fresh liners do a great job.

Results: I used the Carefree Acti-Fresh liner at the end of my period, during light flow. The liner absorbed quite a good amount of liquid during the 4 hours that I wore it. It was comfortable to wear. I keep a few in my purse and some in the emergency car kit (just in case).
