Silicone Baking Mat Set [Giveaway]

Easy to clean, easy to use, and multi-purpose, a silicone baking mat is a must have kitchen accessory. The secret to silicone baking mats is that they are non-stick, which makes them easy to clean. Plus, nothing sticks to them!

I received the SimpliFine Silicone Baking Mat Set to review. The mats are rolled up into a paper box for convenient and recyclable packaging. I love that this sets comes in three sizes:

Full Half - measuring 29.5cm x 42cm (16.5" x 11.6")
Medium Quarter - measuring 24cm x 36.5cm (14.4" x 9.5")
Small Petite - measuring 20.5cm x 29.5cm (11.6" x 8.1")

The Full Half size fits my biggest baking sheet. The Medium Quarter fits my smaller baking sheet. And, the Small Petite is perfect for my toaster oven. In the toaster oven, I place the silicone baking mat directly on the baking rack and place whatever I am heating up or cooking on top. My favorite use so far has been heating up pizza on the silicone baking mat. The cheese no longer melts through and falls on the hot coils. The silicone baking mats are recommended only for oven use and can withstand temperatures up to 480 F (pretty zmuch everything other than the broiler).
